Would you ever have thought you’d get to taste gorgonzola… made from buffalo’s milk?
In a stunning farmhouse just a few minutes from Milan, a tasting menu featuring duck, goose and buffalo awaits you , comprising a starter, first course, main course and dessert, allowing you to discover traditional Lombard dishes and ingredients with an extra twist !
Needless to say: drinks ( and especially wine) are included!
What we will do
The event will take place at the selected time at the agriturismo in Pregnana Milanese (MI). Your lunch or dinner will be served inside an authentic Lombard farmhouse, set within the Vanzago WWF Nature Reserve.
The farm’s restaurant is housed in the old manor house: taking your seat at the table will feel just like being at home! Here you’ll be served a tasting menu featuring goose, duck and buffalo meat, all reared on the farm itself.
You’ll be served the following:
- starter: a platter of goose charcuterie, foie gras pâté on puff pastry crostini, buffalo’s milk Gorgonzola with red onion jam
- first course: a choice of tagliolini with duck ragù or cannelloni with braised buffalo, Gorgonzola and walnuts
- main course: mixed grill of goose, duck and buffalo meat with a seasonal side dish
- dessert: homemade torta caprese
The meal also includes water, mocha coffee, a digestif and a bottle of Oltrepò Pavese wine for every two people.
Who it is aimed at
Children up to the age of 10 have a special menu featuring a pasta dish (plain, with meat sauce or tomato sauce) , a beef burger and baked potatoes; please select the relevant option in the booking box.
The venue is wheelchair accessible.

The experience takes place all year round.
Options are available for food intolerances and/or allergies. For those with coeliac disease, the venue offers a gluten-free menu, but does not have a separate kitchen: if you have a severe intolerance or coeliac disease, please let us know in advance by contacting the venue using the details provided in your booking confirmation email.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport (it takes about 20 minutes on foot) .

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
