This is what you’ll find in every dish served at this restaurant and farm stay in Monterenzio, set amongst the hills of Bologna.
Choose from a set menu of 3 or 5 courses and savour traditional Bolognese cuisine paired with thermal water from the Val Sillaro!
What we will do
The booking is for the selected time at the restaurant and farmhouse in Monterenzio (BO), set in the stunning natural surroundings of the Val Sillaro.
Once you’ve taken your seats at your table, your set-menu lunch or dinner will begin. When booking, you can choose between:
Sillaro Menu ( also available as a vegetarian option) :
- Tagliatelle made with thermal spring water, served with traditional Bolognese ragù (VG: Sillaro ravioli, confit cherry tomatoes and basil pesto)
- Veal cheek slow-cooked in thermal spring water with a thermal spring beer reduction (VG: a selection of garden vegetables with organic cheeses from the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines)
- Dessert of your choice

- Carne salada with shavings of Grana Padano and balsamic vinegar
- Tortellini in capon broth made with thermal spring water
- Tagliatelle made with thermal spring water, served with traditional Bolognese ragù

The experience is available all year round. The restaurant’s opening hours are as follows: lunch from 12. 30 pm to 2. 00 pm; dinner from 7. 30 pm to 10. 00 pm.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
