What does the province of Trapani taste like?
You can find out by choosing our tasting menu at our farmhouse in Guarrato: starters, first courses, main courses, fruit, desserts and drinks. All based on traditional recipes, local ingredients and Slow Food specialities.
An experience to savour the real Sicily!
What we will do
The meeting is at the selected time at the meeting point in Guarrato, a hamlet of Misiliscemi (TP) . The agriturismo is situated within a historic baglio, nestled in the Trapani countryside dotted with olive groves, vineyards and citrus orchards.
The tasting menu, based on traditional recipes, local ingredients and Slow Food specialities, consists of:
- Starters: home-cured meats, fresh chickpea fritters, Sicilian cheese, olives and other delicacies; on request, snails, tripe and boiled mutton are also available.
- First courses: busiate pasta with pork and sausage stew, couscous with meat and vegetables, and another first course of the day.
- Main courses: mixed grilled meats, capocollo from Nebrodi black pig, charcoal-grilled sausage, Modica-style veal, mixed salad.
- Fruit and desserts: seasonal fruit, dessert of the day.
- Drinks: water, coffee, amaro.
The experience lasted approximately 2 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone, with no age restrictions. Infants who do not eat solid food can take part free of charge.
The venue is accessible to people with mobility impairments.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
