In Castelvetro di Modena, La Vedetta farmhouse awaits you for a lunch or dinner featuring traditional Emilian dishes , with each course paired with our own balsamic vinegar.
The finishing ‘touch’ that will give the menu that touch of class you’ve been looking for!
What we will do
The event will take place at the selected time at Agriturismo Acetaia la Vedetta in Castelvetro di Modena (MO).
On arrival, we will be welcomed by the agriturismo staff , who will show us to our reserved table in the spacious dining room or on the outdoor terrace overlooking the olive groves.
The set menu will consist of the following:
- Parmigiano Reggiano with balsamic vinegar
- Fried gnocco with prosciutto
- Ricotta and spinach tortelloni
- Shredded beef with balsamic vinegar
- Fingers with mascarpone and chocolate torta tenerina or black cherry tart
Some of the dishes will be enhanced with balsamic vinegar from the estate’s own vinegar cellar, a product of excellence from the Modena region. The meal will be accompanied by one glass of wine per person and water.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
