What if France were closer than you think?
In an authentic Lombard farmhouse, just a few minutes from Milan, a foie gras tasting menu awaits you , featuring a starter, first course, main course and dessert, so you can savour this star ingredient of French cuisine with an Italian twist.
Et voilà! Dinner is served!
What we will do
The event takes place at the selected time at the agritourism in Pregnana Milanese (MI). The experience is set within an authentic Lombard farmhouse, nestled within the Vanzago WWF Nature Reserve.
The farm’s restaurant is housed in the old manor house: sitting down to eat here will feel just like being at home! Here we’ll be served a tasting menu centred around foie gras:
- starter: natural foie gras terrine with grilled Taragna polenta and sweet-and-sour spring onions, served with Sangue di Giuda wine
- first course: tagliolini with foie gras
- main course: foie gras escalopes with caramelised pears, served with Verdea passito wine
- dessert: homemade torta caprese
- water, coffee and a bottle of wine for every two people
It will be a unique culinary experience, where we’ll have the chance to savour a quintessentially French delicacy through traditional Lombard dishes.
Who it is aimed at
Children up to the age of 10 have a special menu featuring a pasta dish (plain, with meat sauce or tomato sauce) , a beef burger and baked potatoes; please select the relevant option in the booking box.
The venue is wheelchair accessible.

The experience takes place all year round.
Options are available for food intolerances and/or allergies. For those with coeliac disease, the venue offers a gluten-free menu, but does not have a separate kitchen: if you have a severe intolerance or coeliac disease, please let us know in advance by contacting the venue using the details provided in your booking confirmation email.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport (it takes about 20 minutes on foot) .

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
