Come and discover the Azienda Agricola Dofinè in Due Carrare, in the Euganean Hills, where an unforgettable lunch or dinner awaits you with an AISM sommelier, who will pair five glasses of wine with four rich seasonal courses, perfect for savouring the local cuisine in its most authentic version.

Before you put your legs under the table, however, we look forward to a walk through the vineyards and a visit to the winery!

What we will do

The appointment is at the selected time at the Azienda Agricola Dofinè in Due Carrare (PD), in the setting of the Euganean Hills. We will be welcomed by our guide, ready to accompany us on a discovery of the estate.

We will begin the activity by visiting the winery, a very small but full of character reality, capable of producing as many as 20 different labels! We will explore the vinification and storage room, discovering first-hand the secrets of the wine world through a historical narration of the area.

Afterwards, depending on the season and if the weather conditions are favourable, we will take a regenerating walk outside among the rows of vines. This will be the ideal opportunity to understand the care and respect for the environment that allow the winery to boast SQNPI certification for both grape and wine production.

We will then sit inside or outside (depending on the season) for lunch or dinner. An AISM sommelier will lead the tasting of 5 wines carefully selected to best match the menu of the day. The glasses will be enhanced by 4 rich seasonal courses: we will start with an appetiser of homemade cold cuts, followed by a platter of bruschetta and cheese, and then enjoy a first or second course of the day.

The experience will last about 3 hours in total.

Who it is aimed at

The experience is recommended for 18 year olds and above. The wine tasting is reserved for adults only. Any accompanying minors and astemious persons may participate in the experience at a cost of 18€ for minors.

The facility is accessible to persons with mobility problems and prams.

The experience takes place all year round.

Options are available for people with food allergies and intolerances: please contact the hotel at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to communicate any dietary requirements. The kitchen offers alternatives for vegetarians, those with lactose intolerance and coeliacs (gluten-free) as long as they are communicated in advance

Dogs are only allowed in the outdoor areas during the summer.

There is free parking and a camper van area on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport. There is also a children's playground and the opportunity to stay overnight on site.
