Do you know what goes well with red? No , we’re not here to talk about fashion, but about food and wine.
In Diano d’Alba, you can enjoy a lunch or dinner featuring a traditional menu that will introduce you to the flavours, aromas and, above all, the wines of the Langhe, through a carefully curated pairing of 3 or 5 glasses from the Veglio Romano e Lorenzo Winery.
A complete food and wine experience, enhanced by a guided tour of the winery!
What we will do
The tour will take place at the selected time at the farmhouse of the Veglio Romano e Lorenzo farm, in Diano d’Alba (CN).
We’ll discover an estate nestled amongst the vineyards of the Langhe, with breathtaking views of Grinzane Cavour Castle. We’ll be welcomed by our guide, who’ll introduce us to the history of the estate: a family-run winery, whose cellar we’ll visit.
Once the tour is over, we’ll be shown to the cosy tasting room or the panoramic terrace ( depending on the season) for lunch or dinner.
The menu will feature traditional local dishes, prepared using produce from the estate or neighbouring farms, with a strong emphasis on seasonal ingredients, and will include:
- 2 starters
- a choice of first course
- a main course of your choice with a side dish
- a house dessert of your choice
The courses will be paired with 3 or 5 glasses of wine ( depending on the option chosen) , selected from the wine cellar to bring out the best in each dish.
Who it is aimed at
The wine tasting is for adults only. Children up to the age of 10 may take part at a reduced rate of €20. 00 per person.
The venue is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed provided there are at least two participants.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
