'We have one life to make good wine, you have one life to drink good wine'. This is how Cantina Dellerba presents itself, with the promise of offering a wine and food journey to discover the Pinerolo area.
Definitely not the usual weekend lunch out of town: what awaits you is a guided wine tasting combined with lunch or dinner.

What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at Cantina Dellerba, located on the Santa Brigida hill in Pinerolo (TO). We will be welcomed by the guide who will accompany us on this food and wine tour.
The visit will begin in the vineyard, where native Piedmontese vines are grown, as well as Galvan and Doux d'Henry, which in Italy can only be found in this area.
We will continue in the cellar, built back in the 18th century on lava stone that naturally exudes spring water. We will move from the cooperage to the fermentation room, where we will do a little in-depth study of the classic method.
Afterwards, we will move to the farmhouse and be seated at the table to take part in lunch or dinner. The tasting menu includes two starters, a first course, main course and dessert accompanied by a guided tasting of 3 glasses.
The labels will be selected by the guide according to your preferences. It will be possible to taste red, rosé, white or classic method sparkling wines.
The experience will last approximately 1½ hours in total.

The experience is recommended for 18 years and over.
The wine tasting is reserved for adults only. Any accompanying underage or teetotal persons may participate in the experience at a cost of €35. 00, which includes the visit and the tasting menu.
The facility is accessible by wheelchair or pushchair.

The activity takes place all year round and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.
Dogs are not allowed during the experience.
