We are waiting for you in Santa Maria della Versa (PV) for an agritourism lunch at the Azienda Agricola Valdamonte, where wine tradition meets seasonal cuisine.
Surrounded by 15 hectares of in-conversion organic vineyards , you will be able to enjoy a complete tasting menu with 0 km ingredients, from local cured meats to local risottos.
Each course will be enhanced by pairing it with the house wines, for an unusual food and wine experience!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the Azienda Agricola Valdamonte in Santa Maria della Versa (PV), overlooking the Oltrepò Pavese hills.
We will be welcomed by the staff, who will guide us into the farmhouse hall, located above the family's historic wine cellar.
We will begin our gastronomic journey with a series of local hors d'oeuvres: we will taste mixed local cold cuts and hot and cold specialities from the garden, such as savoury pies and seasonal hummus, all accompanied by 1 glass of Pinot Noir.
We will then continue with two first courses paired with 1 glass of house Riesling: a risotto with seasonal vegetables, followed by the typical tortelli con la coda stuffed with ricotta and spinach.
For the main course, we will choose between a meat dish (pork loin with blueberry and mustard sauce) or a flan of garden vegetables, to be enjoyed with 1 glass of Barbera and Croatina red wine.
We will end on a sweet note with a homemade apple pie , water and coffee included.
If we wish, we can conclude lunch with a walk through the rows of vines to admire the view that reaches as far as the Emilian ridge.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone. The wine tasting is reserved for adults. There is a price reduction for minors (children up to 3 years old do not pay) .
The wine tasting room is located on the first floor and can only be reached by stairs, so it is not accessible to wheelchair users.

The experience takes place approximately in March, April, May and September.
