Get ready to taste the most delicious plate of orecchiette you’ve ever had.
At this historic farmhouse in Salento, amidst the greenery of centuries-old olive trees and the scent of the vineyards, a traditional lunch awaits you – a true declaration of love for Puglia!
A traditional starter , a first course and a dessert, plus three glasses of the estate’s wine. What more could you ask for?
What we will do
The event will take place at the selected time at the farmhouse in Salve (LE), set against the picturesque backdrop of the Lower Salento countryside, amongst centuries-old olive groves and lush vineyards.
You’ll be welcomed by the staff, who will show you to your reserved table on the splendid outdoor terrace or inside the estate’s cosy bistro .
The menu consists of three courses: a starter featuring cured meats, cheeses, extra virgin olive oil and locally sourced vegetables; a first course of orecchiette or fresh homemade pasta; and, to finish, a choice of dessert or fruit .
To accompany each course, you’ll be served three glasses of Fiano and Negroamaro wine, allowing you to discover the nuances and characteristics of the terroir and the vineyards.
After lunch, you can explore the farmstead’s indoor and outdoor areas, which are considered to be of great archaeological and cultural interest due to the traces left by the Basilian monks, such as the ancient rock carvings, and the majestic tower built in 1577.
Lunch will last approximately one and a half hours, but you are free to extend your stay for as long as you wish.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone; the wine tasting is for adults only. Any accompanying minors and non-drinkers may take part in the experience by ordering from the bistro’s à la carte menu.
Due to the historic and natural layout of the site, the venue is not accessible to people with mobility issues unless accompanied by a carer.

The experience is available from April to October during the bistro’s opening hours (12. 30 – 19. 00).

Dogs are allowed on the premises.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
