Pasta lovers, this is the experience for you!
At Tenuta Santa Maria Valverde in Marano di Valpolicella, a delicious lunch dedicated to the region’s most iconic fresh pasta awaits you.
Through a seasonal tasting menu, you’ll be able to savour hand-made first courses and a homemade dessert: an authentic culinary experience that will help you rediscover the joy of sitting down to a meal!
What we will do
The event will take place at the selected time at Tenuta Santa Maria Valverde in Marano di Valpolicella (VR), set against the backdrop of the renowned Valpolicella hills. We will be met by the staff, who will welcome us and show us to our table.
We’ll then take our seats to begin our culinary journey through traditional Veronese recipes featuring fresh pasta. The tasting will begin with a starter of homemade bigoli served with a flavourful duck ragù.
Next, we’ll sample the famous Valeggio tortellini. Depending on seasonal availability, we’ll be able to enjoy the classic version or tasty vegetarian variations such as pumpkin, radicchio and speck; ricotta and spinach; or mushrooms and black summer truffle (scorzone) .
To round off the meal, we’ll be served artisan bread, a delicious homemade dessert , coffee and mineral water . Wine and additional drinks are not included but can be purchased separately on site.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
