If there is one certainty in life, it is that in Tuscany you always eat (and drink) well.
And if you need further proof in favour of the cause, we are waiting for you for a wine-tasting lunch at Podere della Bruciata, during which you will taste four glasses of wine accompanied by traditional dishes such as Brunelleschi's peposo or wild boar stew.
An experience of over 2 hours, in which you will walk through the vineyard, visit the barrel cellar and toast in the company of an ONAV taster!
What we will do
The appointment is 5 minutes before the selected time at Podere della Bruciata, in the hamlet of Sant'Albino in the municipality of Montepulciano (SI) . We will be welcomed by our guide, an ONAV taster, who will accompany us on a discovery of this niche winery in the Montepulciano countryside.
Having gathered all the participants, the experience will begin outside with a walk through the vineyard: in this natural setting, the guide will recount the winery's history and philosophy. We will then move inside for a visit to the cellar: we will walk through the production room, delving into natural winemaking, and then enter the barrel cellar dedicated to ageing. This first moment will last about 30 minutes.
We will then be seated in the room set up for lunch , which will include: a mixed starter of typical Tuscan products such as cured meats, cheeses and home-made jams; a main course of grilled sausages accompanied by Brunelleschi's peposo or wild boar stew; mixed traditional side dishes such as fagioli all'uccelletto, country herb cooked in earthenware and bruschetta; and a home-made dessert .
The lunch will be accompanied by wine tasting: we will toast with 4 goblets of the company's most selected wines, plus a tasting of spirits to accompany the dessert.
The experience will last a total of around 2½ hours.

The experience is recommended for participants aged 18 and over.
The wine tasting is reserved for participants over 18 years of age only. Any under-age participants will pay the reduced rate of €20.00 (basic option) or €30.00 (plus option) and will be served lunch with non-alcoholic beverage; please contact us to submit a booking request with under-age participants.
The experience is wheelchair and/or pushchair accessible.

Attention! In the event of bad weather, the vineyard walk may not take place; the experience will only take place indoors.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
