This is what awaits you by participating in our meditation experience in Casalzuigno: in the company of a meditation teacher, you will practise breathing and relaxation exercises in a natural setting inhabited by numerous animals. These will include fascinating birds of prey, with whom you will be able to interact.
A 2-hour experience, enriched by a natural brunch prepared with love by the owner of the house!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Casalzuigno (VA). Awaiting us will be the falconer guide and themeditation teacher who will accompany us on this adventure!
The experience will take place in a beautiful natural setting inhabited by numerous animals, including fascinating birds of prey. And it is precisely these that will keep us company during themeditation experience led by the teacher, during which we will practise breathing, purification and relaxation exercises.
The journey in search of connection with nature and animals continues with the sensory trail, a short path to be walked barefoot , absorbing the positive vibrations of earth and roots.
Finally, we will also awaken our sense of taste at a natural brunch based on local products: dishes made with vegetables and fruit from the garden, prepared according to the season by the owner of the house.
The experience will last about 2 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 16 and over. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The experience is not accessible by wheelchair or pushchair.
The experience is not accessible to persons with motor and non-motor disabilities.

The experience takes place from May to October and is confirmed on reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
Dogs are not allowed.
