Do you sometimes feel like a fish out of water on earth? If you've always thought legs were overrated compared to a glistening tail, it's time to give your holiday a mythological makeover!
A fantastic mermaiding experience awaits you in Alghero, a discipline that combines the allure of mermaids with real freediving training. Together with an experienced instructor, you will learn how to move through the waves thanks to a series of fun exercises!

What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Alghero(SS) . Awaiting us will be the instructor who will guide us on this aquatic adventure, ready to transform us into perfect sea creatures!
Having donned the equipment (a monofin and a fabric mermaid tail) , we will participate in a briefing of about 10 minutes, during which we will find out what mermaiding is, i. e. the aquatic discipline of swimming wearing a swimming costume in the shape of a fish tail. This sport combines freediving, finswimming and artistic expression and allows us to dream for a few moments!
After learning the theoretical basics of breathing and wave motion, we will enter the water directly from the beach. Depending on the age and aquatic skills of the group, the instructor will tailor the apnea exercises and lead us more or less far from shore. We will experiment with different manoeuvres, such as flapping our tails on the water surface or creating cute hearts with bubbles.
We will spend about 1 hour in the water, training our muscles and lungs and having fun becoming one with the sea, just like mermaids!
Once the lesson is over, we will have some free time to take some souvenir photos on the beach!
The activity will last a total of 1. 5 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 5 and up; children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
To participate in the activity, it is necessary to be able to swim and be in good physical shape. It is not possible to take part in the activity if you have lung problems, asthma, heart or respiratory problems. Pregnant women cannot participate.
The activity is of an easy level and suitable for a first mermaiding experience. No certification is required to carry it out.
Other information
The experience takes place from July to September, on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
Changing rooms, showers and toilets are available on site. However, storage for valuables is not available.
Any accompanying persons can wait comfortably on the beach in front of the activity point.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point is easily accessible by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
