Full description
Sicily is a treasure trove of history, legends, and wonders! On our half-day mini-cruise from Catania you'll discover enchanting beaches and natural attractions starting with the Caves of Ulysses, places made famous by Homer and Verga's 'I Malavoglia'.
On this route you will see the wonderful Aci Castello, built on a promontory of volcanic rock by the Normans, and admire the waterfalls of Santa Maria La Scala, along the coast of Acireale.

What we will do
The rendezvous is in Catania at the selected time; if you choose the last departure of the day, you can also enjoy the spectacle of the sunset! At the meeting point I will welcome you by taking you to my boat, which is structured on two levels to offer you all the space and comfort you are looking for. Once on board, we will set off to discover the most beautiful areas of Sicily: it will be an exclusive tour just for your group!
The first stop will be the legendary Ulysses Caves. Afterwards, we will take you to Aci Castello and the legendary Faraglioni of Acitrezza, one of the most striking destinations on our itinerary. In this marvellous setting, we will enjoy a fresh and appetising aperitif while listening to music. We will also dive into the sea and snorkel to discover the vitality of the seabed.
The journey will continue to the island of Lachea, the largest of the islands forming the so-called Cyclopean Archipelago. We will stop at the beautiful Pool of Venus for a refreshing swim. If you wish, we can also dock and take a tour of Aci Trezza, a picturesque fishing village that was the setting for the novel "I Malavoglia".
Our next destination will be Cala Paradiso, one of the most famous beaches on the coast. Finally we will stop at the Santa Maria La Scala waterfalls, characterised by a river that flows directly into the sea.
Our mini cruise will last a total of 4 hours.

The excursion is suitable for everyone, including children, with no age limit.
The boat is not wheelchair accessible.
Other information
The mini cruise is available from April to January, every day, subject to weather and sea conditions, and is reserved for private groups of up to 8 people.
The boat is a 2-level boat equipped with a sundeck with sun loungers, awning, freshwater shower, kitchen on board, WC, bedroom, TV and life jackets.
Small dogs are permitted.
Theincluded aperitif includes savouries, chips, Sicilian products, Salame S. Angelo IGP, sandwiches, olives, and cocktails prepared on board. It is not possible to customise the aperitif due to food allergies or intolerances, however, you are allowed to bring food and drinks on board and use the kitchen.
