Get ready to set sail on board the motor vessel Glentor and discover all the wonders of the Gulf of Orosei!
Departing from Arbatax, we will take you to some of Sardinia's most beautiful and famous beaches: Cala Mariolu, with its crystal-clear waters and multicoloured reflections; Cala Luna, with its natural caves and unique views; Cala Sisine, with its cliffs and clear sands.
You can also join an optional visit to the Grotta del Fico, an underground jewel where peculiar limestone formations draw unique sceneries.

What we will do
The appointment is set for 8.00 a.m. at the port of Arbatax (NU), from where the motor vessel Glentor will set sail punctually at 8.30 a.m.
Leaving the picturesque village of Arbatax, we will admire theIslet of Ogliastra, with its spectacular pink granite colours, and the majestic rock of Pedra Longa, guardian of ancient marine secrets. Also from the sea, we will discover the Baus waterfalls, the Grotta dei Colombi, Cala Scirocco and Cala Tramontana, and the splendid Cala Goloritzé.
The first stop will be Cala Mariolu, where we will stay for about two hours. Here you can choose whether to disembark for sunbathing or join a guided tour of the Grotta del Fico, an ancient refuge for the monk seal (the visit is optional and tickets can be purchased on board).
Back on board, we will sail in the direction of Cala Luna. During the 50/60 minute trip, we will take the opportunity to have lunch. If you wish, you can purchase lunch on board (a selection of typical Ogliastra starters, seafood first course, fruit, and a drink of your choice) during the booking process. Alternatively, you can bring your own packed lunch from home.
Once you reach Cala Luna, one of Sardinia's most famous beaches, you can disembark and relax among natural caves and golden sand. The stop will last about an hour and a half.
Thelast stop will be the beautiful Cala Sisine. Here the waters oscillate between various shades of blue and green, creating a spectacle of colours reflecting under the sun. At 4.00 p.m. the motor ship will reverse course to take us back to Arbatax, wherearrival is scheduled for 5.30 p.m.
The tour lasts about nine hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Children under the age of 18 may participate without being accompanied by an adult.
The boat is not wheelchair accessible.

Attention! Please arrive at the embarkation point at least 30 minutes before departure.
The activity is bookable from April to October, subject to weather and sea conditions, and is confirmed once 35 participants have been reached.
You will be on board the 24-metre-long motor vessel Glentor, which is equipped with a passenger lounge, side deck with seating, large upper sun deck with seating, open-air bow space, bar, restaurant, toilets and radio.
The meeting place can be reached by public transport and free parking is available nearby.
If you wish to have lunch on board, please select theoption 'with lunch' in the booking box. The menu includes a selection of typical Ogliastra hors d'oeuvres, seafood first course, fruit and beverage of your choice. For children from 0 to 3 years old, pasta in white or tomato sauce is available.
In the event of food allergies or intolerances (except gluten intolerance), we recommend you notify the organiser so that lunch can be arranged. You will receive contact details by e-mail with the booking confirmation.
It is not possible to stay on board during stops at beaches.
Dogs are allowed on board as long as they are small and medium-sized.
