A day trip to Giglio Island? Said and done!
Take part in our mini-cruise from Castiglione della Pescaia to Giglio Island: climb aboard a comfortable motorboat and enjoy the navigation to Giglio Porto. On site you can participate in guided tours for a fee or spend your free time at your leisure.
A one-day experience, discovering the Tuscan Archipelago!
What we will do
The rendezvous is 30 minutes before 09: 00 at the meeting point in Castiglione della Pescaia (GR) . On site we will meet the crew who will welcome us on board the motor vessel!
After boarding, we will set sail from Castiglione della Pescaia at 09: 15 a. m. for Giglio Island; the voyage will last about 1 hour and 15 minutes each way. Once at our destination, we will disembark at Giglio Porto: on site we will be able to take part in guided tours for a fee or spend free time at our leisure.
We will return on board at 17: 00 and return to the meeting point at approximately 18: 30. The experience lasts a total of approximately 9 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone without age limits. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult participant.
The boat is wheelchair accessible and equipped with a disabled toilet. A person with a certified 100% disability pays the full fare, while the accompanying person of that person participates free of charge: please contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to indicate your presence.
Other information
The experience takes place from June to September and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 55 participants.
Duration and itinerary may vary depending on weather and sea conditions at the skipper's discretion.
The vessel is a motor vessel equipped with air-conditioned lounges, a professional audio/video system, TV, LCD screens, bar, restaurant, and disabled/MPR reception.

- Boat tour to the lighthouses: 2-hour boat trip to one of the island's two lighthouses (Faro del Fenaio or Faro del Capel Rosso) with bathing stop. Requires on-site payment in cash or card of €30. 00 per person from 12 years of age; €20. 00 per person from 0 to 11 years of age. - Guided tour of the medieval village of Giglio Castello. Requires payment on site by cash or card of €10. 00 per person from 12 years of age; €8. 00 per person from 4 to 11 years of age; free for 0 to 3 years of age. - Guided tour of the medieval village of Giglio Castello and trekking to Giglio Campese and bathing stop. Requires payment on site by cash or card of €20. 00 per person from 12 years of age; €15. 00 per person from 4 to 11 years of age; free for 0 to 3 years of age. Small and medium-sized dogs with a leash, muzzle or pet carrier are allowed on payment of an additional €5. 00 per animal on site. The entry of animals to the islands, beaches and park areas follows the rules established by the Giglio Island Council and the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
