Motorboat tour from La Caletta in the Gulf of Orosei

From La Caletta, sail to Cala Goloritzè surrounded by the enchanting landscapes and paradisiacal beaches of Sardinia.

What we will do

We will meet for embarkation at the port of La Caletta at 8.30am (30 minutes before departure). Here we will be welcomed by the staff, who will seat us on board the Imperatrice motorship equipped with every comfort. Once ready, we will depart at 9:00 a.m. in the direction of Orosei.

The first stop will be Cala Mariolu, a natural paradise with limpid waters and surrounded by a white pebble beach. We will stop here for the first bathing stop of about an hour and a half, where you can access the beach to relax in the sun, go for a swim or do some snorkelling.

Around lunchtime, we will be able to decide whether to have a packed lunch on the beach (not included and to be brought from home) or to buy it at the motorboat's bar-restaurant.

There will be an optional one-hour stop at the Grotta del Fico (ticket not included and can be purchased on site). This is a beautiful cave with colourful stalactites and stalagmites and engravings dating back to the Neolithic period.

We will sail to Cala Goloritzè and have the opportunity to capture it on video and photos. We will then head towards the second stop, Cala Sisine. At Cala Sisine we will have about an hour and a half to dive into the emerald waters or relax on the beach.

Afterwards, we will resume our return journey. The return to La Caletta is scheduled at 19.00 hrs, for a total duration of 10 hours.

Who it is aimed at

The activity is suitable for everyone, there are no age limits. Children aged 0 to 3 years participate free of charge.

The boat is not wheelchair accessible.

Other information

Attention! Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time. Embarkation will start at 8:15 am, punctuality is recommended. Departure is also possible at 10:00 a.m. from Orosei.

The activity takes place from June to September, depending on weather and sea conditions, and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 40 participants.

Itinerary and stops may vary due to weather and sea conditions on the day.

You will be on board the 32-metre-long motorship Imperatrice, which has three decks with large covered and uncovered lounges, 3 toilets and a bar-restaurant. The detailed interior and exterior furnishings make the Imperatrice different from typical motor vessels, making it look more like a yacht. In addition, there is a splendid panoramic view from the third sun deck. Small dogs are allowed on board but are not allowed on the beaches.

For those who wish, it is possible to book lunch before departure to be eaten on board or on the beach. Contact the organiser at the references that will be sent to you by email after the booking confirmation. In any case, the motorboat has a bar-restaurant where you can buy sandwiches, salads and sweet and savoury snacks.

Included in the fee is an environmental contribution of €1 per person for beach cleaning and bathers' protection.
