Taste, smell, and sight. Tickle your senses with a guided wine tasting at Fattoria La Maliosa!
Discover their natural wines and savour every drop while enjoying a spectacular view of the Maremma landscape. The experience will also be enhanced by a visit to the winery.
A 1½-hour experience to discover the scents (and flavours) of Tuscany!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at Fattoria La Maliosa in Podere Monte Cavallo, a hamlet in the municipality of Saturnia (GR). We will be welcomed by the guide who will accompany us on this tasting of natural wines!
The experience will begin with a walk around the winery: for about 15 minutes we will walk accompanied by our guide, who will tell us about the characteristics of the Corino method, the production process patented by the founder of the La Maliosa winery. We will then reach a vantage point with a view of the Maremma hills and, if time permits, we will also visit the small vineyard adjacent to the winery.
Our tour will then continue inside the cellar: this is where the wines age in the barrels and the magic happens! Again, the guide will not fail to explain the winemaking process in depth.
And now it is time for the guided wine tasting: together we will taste a selection of 2 natural wines accompanied by a platter of local cold meats and cheeses, Tuscan bread and organic EVO oil. All the wines we will taste will be free of sulphites and added additives, in full respect of natural production!
The experience will last 1½ hours in total.

The experience is recommended for participants aged 18 and over.
The wine tasting is reserved for participants aged 18 and over. Accompanying persons under 12 to 17 years of age who do not participate in the wine-tasting can only partake in the accompanying wine-tasting. When booking, you can select the options'Participants' with wine tasting or'Accompanying persons' without wine tasting. Children from 0 to 11 years of age participate free of charge: contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to indicate their presence.
The facility is not wheelchair accessible.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed when a minimum number of 2 participants is reached.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
