If you’ve always envied Heidi, don’t worry: this is your chance to reconnect with nature!
La Capanna dei sogni, at an altitude of 1, 200 metres, is the perfect retreat for you and your special someone: you can breathe in the fresh air, explore the surrounding woods with activities such as trekking or e-bike rides, and sleep lulled by the silence. When you wake up, you can enjoy a delicious, rustic breakfast made with locally sourced produce!

What we will do
Check-in is between 3. 00 pm and 6. 00 pm at Cima Lan in Arsiè, in the province of Belluno. On arrival, you will be welcomed by the staff and shown to your accommodation.
La Capanna dei sogni is a cosy, insulated and heated wooden cabin, situated on a flat meadow at an altitude of 1, 200 metres. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable double bed, a small table with drawers, electrical sockets, a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher. You’ll find a one-litre bottle of water, a kettle, tea, herbal teas, instant coffee and a picnic basket for two people with crockery ready for your packed meals (meals must be brought and prepared by guests) .
Outside, you’ll find a gazebo with a table and benches, ideal for al fresco dining whilst taking in the views of the woodland and mountains. The property guarantees peace and privacy, being situated at least 50 metres from the other cottage on the farm holiday site. If you’re travelling with your four-legged friend, you’ll also find a soft mat and a bowl already laid out just for them.
During the day, you can make the most of the mountains by setting off on hikes and mountain bike trails, or by observing the local wildlife. In the summer months, you can head to the nearby Lake Corlo to enjoy water sports such as stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) .
When you wake up, a refreshing, rustic breakfast (included) will be waiting for you, delivered in a basket. On arrival, you can choose from three different options (sweet, savoury or mixed) , all prepared with authentic local ingredients, such as homemade bread and jams, hard-boiled eggs and fruit juices. For an additional charge payable on site, you can also request a delicious brunch.
Check-out is by 11. 00 am the following morning.
Who it is aimed at
This accommodation is reserved for guests aged 18 and over. The property can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. It is not possible to add extra beds.
The property is not accessible to wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility.
Other information
The experience is available all year round. Check-in is from 3. 00 pm until 6. 00 pm, whilst check-out must be completed by 11. 00 am at the latest. The stay goes ahead as normal even in the event of bad weather.

Dogs are permitted for an additional charge of €20 per stay, payable directly on site.
The property cannot be reached by public transport; free parking is available on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
