If you have never seen the Colosseum illuminated at night, you don't know what the 'Great Beauty' is. Come and discover it on an e-bike!
On this 4-hour tour of Rome , a local guide will take you through the capital's most famous sites, such as the Campidoglio, Castel Sant'Angelo and Piazza Navona.
And, because every great exploration deserves a stop of excellence, we will stop for a tasting in one of Rome's best delicatessens!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Rome (RM), where the guide will welcome us. After a short initial briefing to familiarise ourselves with our pedal-assisted e-bikes, we will don our helmets and set off on our night-time exploration.
Our roughly 18-km route will begin in style: we will start at the Imperial Forum and ride up to the Capitoline Hill. From here we will enjoy a privileged view of the remains of ancient Rome, which at night take on an almost magical aura. We will then cross the Ghetto and Campo de' Fiori, continuing towards Castel Sant'Angelo until we reach St Peter's Basilica in the Vatican, which will appear to us in all its grandeur.
In the middle of the evening, we will stop for our gastronomic stop: a stop in a renowned delicatessen for a tasting of typical products (cold meats and cheeses) accompanied by a good glass of wine. After resuming our ride, we will continue our exploration, touching on other landmarks of the city: we will enter Piazza Navona, admire the perfect architecture of the Pantheon and stop at the Trevi Fountain, then pass by Piazza Venezia.
The last great emotion of the evening will be the Colosseum, illuminated and silent in all its grandeur, before we conclude our tour.
The activity will last a total of 4 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is at an easy level and suitable for children from 2 years of age.
Children under 12 years of age will ride on a single cargo bike or a bike with a trailer, accompanied by a parent.
To ride an e-bike as an adult, a minimum height of 150 cm and a maximum weight of 120 kg are required.

The tour is available all year round.
The vehicles available for the tour are high-end full e-bikes with double shock absorption, 625Wh battery and a range of about 70 km. Cargo bikes are available (up to 6 units in total) , each capable of carrying up to 2 children together with an adult, provided the children are at least 2 years old. There are no specific weight or height limits for children carried on cargo bikes.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
