Spend a dreamy night in the Tuscan Maremma, in a geodesic dome from which to embrace the surrounding landscape with your gaze, amidst rolling hills and lush green meadows.

An unusual accommodation designed to be lived all year round, with the sweetness of a zero-kilometre breakfast!

What we will do

Check-in is from 16: 00 at the property in Civitella Paganico (GR). Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the staff at reception and escorted to your geodesic dome, located on the top of a hill within an 85-hectare farm in the Tuscan Maremma.

The dome, built with eco-friendly materials and harmonious geometric shapes, offers a cosy environment all year round, thanks to its hot/cold air conditioning. Inside you will find a double bed (with the possibility of adding a third single bed) and a private bathroom complete with shower, toilet, sink, bidet, organic toiletries and hairdryer.

The characteristic that makes the accommodation so charming is that it has most of the surface area with windows, almost as if it were part of nature.

Among the small details that make the difference: outdoor relaxation area; incense, essential oils and candles to create a relaxing atmosphere; wide selection of infusions and herbal teas; hot and cold water bottle; Wi-Fi and mini-bar with drinks (extra charge) . Linen, towels and shower towels are included.

The accommodation is located in a strategic position for visiting some of Tuscany's most beautiful landscapes: about 40 minutes' drive from Siena and the Val d'Orcia and a short distance from the Parco dell'Uccellina.

You may decide to enrich your stay with some optional activities to be paid on site, such as an aperitif, a zero-kilometre dinner with a seasonal menu,exclusive access to the Hot Tub (larch tub with heated water) , e-bike rental to explore the surroundings, and a 4x4 tour to discover the Maremma.

A buffet breakfast is included and is served in the common room from 8: 00 to 10: 00, with sweet products and, on request, savoury options at no extra cost.

Check-out is by 10: 30 am.

Who it is aimed at

The geodesic dome is ideal for a couple, but can accommodate up to 3 persons.

For an additional single bed, a surcharge of 30€ is payable locally. For children sleeping in their parents' bed, only breakfast (10€) is payable locally. To report the presence of a child or request an extra bed, please contact the property at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email.

The accommodation is wheelchair accessible, as is the reception and breakfast room. Please let us know in advance to ensure the best possible reception.

Accommodation is available all year round. Check-in is from 16: 00 and check-out by 10: 30. Please communicate your arrival time to the contact details given in your booking confirmation email.

Small dogs (up to 3. 5 kg) are allowed free of charge, subject to prior notification.

The tourist tax of 2€ per person (except for children under 8 years old) , to be paid on site in cash, is not included in the fee.

The following additional services are available, to be booked directly with the hotel and paid on site

• aperitif served at the hotel, 20€ per couple;
• dinner in the dining room with a seasonal menu, 55€ per couple, drinks not included;
• bivouac dinner under the stars (April to October) or in the room, 65€ per couple, excluding drinks;
• Hot Tub with exclusive access, 50€ per couple;
• e-bike rental, 20€ for half a day, 40€ for full day.

In the event of allergies and/or food intolerances, please inform the hotel in advance.

The facility cannot be reached by public transport. On request, a shuttle service is available (€10 per couple) from the Civitella Marittima and Paganico stations. Free parking is available at the accommodation.
