Stay for one night at Casetta della nonna, at an altitude of 1, 200 metres, and enjoy the peace of the surrounding countryside with whoever you choose! You can explore the area through activities such as hiking and e-bike rides, or simply relax. After a restful night’s sleep, a delicious homemade breakfast will be waiting for you!

What we will do
Check-in is between 3. 00 pm and 6. 00 pm at Cima Lan in Arsiè, in the province of Belluno. On arrival, you will be welcomed by the staff and shown to your accommodation.
La Casetta della nonna is a cosy two-storey wooden cottage, insulated and heated, situated on a flat meadow at an altitude of 1, 200 metres. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed, a single bed, a rustic table with a bench seat, electrical sockets, a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher. A one-litre bottle of water, a small hob, tea, herbal teas and instant coffee will be provided for your use.
The cottage guarantees peace and privacy, as it is situated at least 50 metres from the other cottage on the farm campsite. Furthermore, if you’re travelling with your four-legged friend, you’ll find a soft mat and a bowl already laid out just for them.
During the day, you can make the most of the mountains by setting off on hikes and mountain bike trails, or by spotting the local wildlife. In the summer months, you can head to the nearby Lake Corlo to enjoy water sports such as stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) .
When you wake up, a refreshing, rustic breakfast (included) will be waiting for you, delivered in a basket. On arrival, you can choose from three different options (sweet, savoury or mixed) , all prepared with authentic local ingredients, such as homemade bread and jams, hard-boiled eggs and fruit juices. For an additional charge payable on site, you can also request a delicious brunch.
Check-out is by 11. 00 am the following morning.
Who it is aimed at
The booking must be made by someone aged 18 or over. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. The price shown in the booking box is based on 2 people. To add an extra person, you must pay an additional 10 euros per night on arrival and notify the organisers in advance.
The property is not accessible to wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility.
Other information
The experience is available all year round. Check-in is from 3. 00 pm until 6. 00 pm, whilst check-out must be completed by 11. 00 am at the latest. The stay goes ahead as normal even in the event of bad weather.

Dogs are permitted for an additional charge of €20 per stay, payable directly on site.
The property cannot be reached by public transport; free parking is available on site.
A tourist tax of €1. 50 per person per night is payable on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
