What we will do
Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00 at the estate in Scansano (GR), in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma. Ten minutes before your arrival, all you have to do is contact the structure to be met directly at the car park: the staff will accompany you to your tent on board an off-road vehicle, also carrying your luggage.
When booking, you can choose between two types of tents, depending on the number of guests:
- 21 sq mComettent , equipped with a private bathroom and a 12 sq m covered outdoor patio. It can accommodate up to 2 adults or 2 adults and a child under 6 (double bed);
- 41 sq mStardust tent , with a private bathroom and a 30 sq m covered outdoor patio. It can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 3 children under 14 (double bed and/or single beds).
During your stay, you can take part in a walking tour of the estate and have free access to the hiking trails that cross its 80 hectares of woods, hills and olive groves. In addition, you will have the possibility of reserving a freespot in the wildlife viewing area, where many deer live.
You can also book extra activities such as:
- Animal Tracking with an expert who will guide you to discover the tracks left by animals;
- Night walks on full moon nights, to experience the charm of the forest at night;
- Tastings, lunches and dinners at the estate's organic restaurant, with a choice of 4-course set menu (35€), light lunch (20€) or à la carte menu.
A breakfast buffet with products from the estate is included and served every morning between 8:30 and 10:30.
Check-out is by 11:00 am.
Who it is aimed at
TheComet tent is designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child under 6 years, while theStardust tent is designed to accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 3 children up to 14 years.
The tent is accessible for people with reduced mobility; please contact the organiser in advance to arrange the details (you will receive contact details by e-mail with your booking confirmation).
Other information
The experience is available from April to September.
- Check-in: between 15:00 and 20:00
- Check-out: before 11:00 a.m.
Each tent has a private bathroom with toilet and shower, located inside the tent itself. The tents are also equipped with air conditioning and heating.
Guests have access to the communal swimming pool, located at a distance of 50 to 400 metres from the tent, depending on the accommodation assigned.
In case of food allergies or intolerances, please contact the organiser at the contact details given in the confirmation e-mail.
Extra activities (animal tracking, night walks, dinners and lunches) are subject to a charge and can be booked directly on site or at the contact details given in the confirmation e-mail.
Dogs are allowed: there is an extra charge of 20€ for final cleaning.
The estate is not accessible by public transport; there is free parking on site.

Frequently asked questions
What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
