Have you ever slept on a catamaran overlooking the beach?
At Porto Rafael, a tiny jewel of northern Sardinia, a night of floating luxury awaits you. You will sleep aboard a catamaran moored in the harbour, with the sound of the sea playing in the background.
What will make you fall in love? The double cabin with private bathroom, the breakfast served on board, and the rare peace of an elegant and timeless location, a stone's throw from the wonders of Palau and the Costa Smeralda.
What we will do
Check-in is at 19:00 at the meeting point in the marina of Porto Rafael, a small bay hidden between Palau and the Costa Smeralda. Here we will meet the skipper and board the catamaran that will be our 'floating boutique hotel' for one night.
Once on board, we will settle into one of two double cabins, each with a private bathroom and freshwater shower.
Porto Rafael is the perfect place for those seeking a quiet, romantic retreat away from mass tourism. On land there is only one restaurant where we can choose to dine. Alternatively, we can opt for dinner on board with a menu to be agreed with the skipper on request (extra service not included).
Afterwards, we can enjoy the evening under the stars on deck or take a walk in the village before returning for the night.
The following morning, a small breakfast with coffee, tea, juice and biscuits will be waiting for us to start the day with a smile.
Check-out is by 8.30 a. m. the following morning.
Who it is aimed at
The catamaran is designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 adults or children in 2 double cabins. Children under the age of 2 can sleep in the same cabin as their parents (no cots or changing tables are available).
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible, but people with reduced mobility are welcome on board: please contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to report your presence and request boarding support.

The experience is available every day from June to September.
Theboat is a 12 m long Lagoon 400 catamaran with 2 double cabins with private bathrooms (no bidet). The galley cannot be used by guests.
You remain barefoot on board. Dogs are not allowed on board.

The meeting point is not easily accessible by public transport, so we recommend arriving by car. Free and/or paid parking spaces are available on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
