The light of the moon, the stars and… the volcano!
Join our night-time quad bike excursion in Nicolosi: accompanied by a guide, you’ll speed through caves and volcanic craters at the foot of Mount Etna, Europe’s highest active volcano. All in the darkness of the night, making the experience even more evocative.
An adventure lasting over an hour, to fuel dreams… of fire!
What we will do
Please arrive 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Nicolosi (CT). Once there, we’ll meet the guide who’ll be taking us on this night-time adventure!
Once all participants have gathered and the equipment has been handed out, we’ll climb aboard the quad bikes. The guide will explain how to ride the quad bike and provide all the information you need to ensure a worry-free experience. Finally, we’ll do a few test laps to get to grips with the quad bike.
And here we are, ready for our night-time quad bike excursion: we’ll venture into a natural setting characteristic of the volcanic landscape, along a route through woodland and lava fields, mainly on dirt tracks. During the excursion, we’ll visit the famous Grotta d’Angela, reach a vantage point overlooking Mount Etna and the sea, and walk down into a crater.
Finally, we’ll return to the meeting point. The experience lasts approximately one and a half hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The driver must be at least 18 years old and hold a Category B driving licence. Equivalent foreign driving licences are accepted.
Passengers must be at least 6 years old.
This is an easy-level experience and is suitable as a first quad bike excursion.
Other information
The experience takes place all year round.
Dogs are not permitted.
For every quad bike booked, you’ll receive 10 complimentary laps on the track at the meeting point, to be used within 30 days of the booking date, excluding the day of the booking itself.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
