Who would have thought that your first safari would be in Borgo Ticino?
Just a few minutes from Lake Maggiore, a stay in the middle of nature awaits you: a night for two in the Safari Suite, a luxury tent with an opening above the bed to admire the starry sky.
It may not be Africa, but even the skies of Piedmont know how to give emotions!
What we will do
Check-in is from 15: 00 to 19: 00 at the relais in Borgo Ticino (NO) . Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the staff and escorted to your Safari Suite, located in a green and private area, to ensure maximum privacy.
The Safari Suite is a large luxury tent made of fabric and wood, with an opening above the bed to admire the starry sky while lying on the mattress. Inside you will find a double bed and a living area in one room, as well as a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and heating, bed linen and towels, a hairdryer and a courtesy kit. Every detail is designed to offer the comfort of a suite, without sacrificing the authentic charm of a night in a tent.
During your stay, you can relax in the communal outdoor swimming pool (from June to September) or enrich your experience with one of the extra services offered by the property, such as exclusive access to the hot tub (payable locally) .
The hotel does not have a restaurant, but the managers will be able to recommend the best places to eat in the surrounding area. A buffet breakfast is available as an extra at a cost of EUR 30 per couple and is served in the common room.
The accommodation's location is ideal for exploring Lake Maggiore and its main attractions, such as the villages of Arona, Angera and Stresa, the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso and the Borromean Islands. Outdoor experiences range from boat tours to kayak, SUP or quad bike excursions.
Check-out is by 10: 00 the following morning.

The Safari Suite is designed to accommodate 2 adults.
Upon request, it is possible to add a single sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 children from 2 to 12 years old, at an additional charge of €50 per person. Children sleeping in bed with their parents are free of charge, but must be notified after booking confirmation.
The hotel is not wheelchair accessible.

The experience is available all year round. Check-in is from 15: 00 to 19: 00 and check-out by 10: 00.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 31 days from the activity start date. Within 30 and 15 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
