If you've always dreamt of stargazing in the woods, know that from today there is a whole new (and very comfortable) way to do it!
Book a night in StarsBOX in Monastero di Vasco, in the province of Cuneo, and enjoy the spectacle of the starry sky from the comfort of your own little wooden house.
Anunusual experience, perfect to share with your partner, to "disconnect" from the frenzy of everyday life and reconnect with nature!
What we will do
Check-in is at 16:30 at the meeting point in Monastero di Vasco (CN). Here you will be seated in the StarsBOX reserved for you, a stone's throw from the forest.
During the rest of the afternoon, you can choose whether to relax in your hut with an opening roof or to take advantage of the location close to the mountains to venture out on some trekking or other nature activities in the surrounding area.
In the evenings, you can dine at the on-site farm restaurant, taking the opportunity to rediscover the pleasure of natural cuisine based on local products.
Finally, when darkness falls, it's time to "switch on the light" in your StarsBOX: simply open the roof and enjoy the glow of the stars while lying on your mattress.
When you wake up, you can enjoy an included breakfast of homemade products.
Check-out is by 10:30 the following morning.
Who it is aimed at
The StarsBOX is designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.
The experience is suitable for everyone; children under the age of 18 may participate accompanied by an adult.
The facility is not wheelchair accessible.
Other information
The experience is available from mid-April to the end of October.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.
The StarsBOX is not equipped with water and electricity, but there is a restaurant with WC and sink (no shower) and Wi-Fi 100 metres away.
The fee does not include the tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night, payable locally in cash.
Dogs are allowed with an extra charge of €10.00 to be paid on site: please contact the property to inform them of the presence of your four-legged friend.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
