The starry sky, the scent of olive trees, the song of the cicadas: nature is a luxury to be experienced with all five senses! Immerse yourself completely in it and spend a night in a tent in the Sardinian hinterland of Escolca.
The Ollastu tent is spacious and sturdy, perfect for a couple or a family, offering everyone the magic of a stay under the stars.
Breakfast featuring local specialities will be the finishing touch that makes your nature getaway truly special!
What we will do
Check-in is scheduled for around 6. 00 pm at the Escolca (SU) site.
You will then be shown to your tent, a sturdy structure with a diameter of 4 metres, which is very spacious and comfortable, sleeping up to four people. Inside, you’ll find a double bed with bed linen and towels provided (plus single beds for any two extra guests) , whilst the private bathroom and solar-heated shower are located outside, just a short walk away.
As the sun begins to set, you can enjoy a picnic dinner ( not included) featuring Sardinian tapas, a bottle of wine and a selection of flavoured olive oils, all to be savoured against a truly incredible backdrop.
You’ll spend the night in complete tranquillity, beneath a starry sky and surrounded by nature. In the morning, a breakfast featuring local produce will welcome you to the day with the authentic flavours of Sardinia.
Check-out is by 10. 00 am.
If you wish, you can spend a little more time in this magical place, visiting the olive farm to discover the different methods of oil extraction and, why not, sample some more delicious products!
Who it is aimed at
The Ollastu tent is designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.
Children 0-7 years old do not pay and can sleep in their parents' bed. Please inform us of their presence at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email.
The property is not wheelchair accessible.
Other information
The stay is bookable from April to September, every day except Wednesday.
- Check-in: between 18:00 and 19:00
- Check-out: before 10:00 a.m.
Dogs are not allowed.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
