Close your eyes and imagine you are crossing the border of an enchanted forest. In Cupra Marittima, in the Marche region, a night in Tipì awaits you that will make you feel like the protagonist of a fairy tale!
Immersed in the green of a farm just a few kilometres from the sea, your tent will welcome you for a night under the stars, a magical experience to be lived as a couple.
Enjoy genuine relaxation, breakfast included and a refreshing outdoor tub... at least for the duration of this spell!
What we will do
Check-in is from 3 p.m. at the facility in Cupra Marittima (AP). On arrival, you will be welcomed by the farm managers and accompanied to your accommodation.
Tipì is located in the heart of a cool, green forest, perfectly integrated with the environment. The tent, made of wood and well insulated from the ground, is furnished with care: double futon and bed linen will be available for you. You will fall in love at first sight with your nature nest and the small details that will make your stay special!
A few metres away from the Tipì you will find your own bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, shower and WC. Next to the tent you will find a refreshing tub on a wooden platform, where you can immerse yourself in the rustling of the trees.
During the day, you can participate in activities organised by the farm (not included), such as horse riding, yoga sessions or creative experiences in the flower farm, where flowers are grown for bridal bouquets. The property is a perfect base from which to discover the villages of Le Marche or to relax on the beaches of Cupra Marittima.
For the evening, you can request an aperitif at the hotel(not included), to be enjoyed under the stars, or get advice on the best places in the area.
The next morning, when you wake up, a delicious and genuine breakfast (included) will be waiting for you: juice, coffee, milk, sweet or savoury products according to availability.
Check-out is by 10 a.m.

The Tipì is designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 adults.
The property is not wheelchair-accessible.

The accommodation has a private outdoor bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet, located about 15 metres from the tipi. There are no power sockets in the tent, but the host will provide you with a powerbank or point you to a power socket near the Tipi.
It is not possible to guarantee alternatives for people with food allergies and intolerances.

The facility is not accessible by public transport. Free parking is available on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
