An enchanted tower, a pond that seems to have come straight out of a fairy tale and a park that already bears the word 'romantic' in its name.
In the heart of Europe's largest Botanic Garden, the Torre di Maiano welcomes you for a dreamy night: four floors of 19th-century charm transformed into an exclusive suite for two.
Here, time slows down, nature provides the setting and you can enjoy the rarest luxury: a night all to yourself, suspended between history and magic!
What we will do
Check-in is from 4 p.m. at the hotel in Fiesole, in the province of Florence. After being welcomed by the staff, you will board a golf car and drive along the paths of the beautiful Parco Romantico della Regina until you reach the Torre di Maiano.
Built between 1870 and 1894 next to the suggestive Laghetto delle Colonne, the Tower is a fairy-tale place that remained hidden and shrouded in mystery for years. In 2015, thanks to the vision of architect Simone Micheli, it was transformed into a refined luxury Senior Suite for 2 people, spread over four floors.
- Ground floor: an elegant and fully equipped kitchen, where you will find a selection of typical products for breakfast (included) such as homemade jams, fresh bread and yoghurt.
- First floor: ascending the stone spiral staircase, you will reach the first floor where there is a cosy living room with a large sofa, a flat screen TV and a small balcony overlooking the magical Laghetto delle Colonne.
- Second floor: the romantic heart of the Tower. Here you will find an intimate and refined suite with a comfortable double bed, en suite bathroom and custom-made furnishings.
- Third floor: houses a multifunctional Turkish bath; from here a contemporary staircase leads outside to the terrace-solarium, perfect for admiring the view and soaking in the peace of the park.
- The outdoor area: immersed in the privacy of the patio, you will also have access to a heated jacuzzi for a rejuvenating bath under the stars.
For the duration of your stay, you will also have access to a golf car to freely explore the Botanical Park or drive to theFattoria di Maiano restaurant for dinner (not included).
Check-out is by 11:00 am, but you will take with you the memory of a night that will make you dream for a long time to come.

The Tower is bookable all year round.
- Check-in: 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. (select the time you plan to arrive in the booking box)

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
