They say that every journey is lived three times: when you dream it, when you live it and when you remember it.
And here even more so, because you will sleep in the heart of Tuscany, in a Mongolian yurt, inside a themed tent that will take you around the world without moving!

What we will do
Check-in is from 16: 00 at the glamping in Asciano (SI), immersed in the landscape of the Crete Senesi.
You will stay in a romantic yurt, inspired by typical Mongolian steppe lodgings, with plenty of details designed to pamper you: lanterns, candles, herbal teas, essential oils and incense. Each of the hotel's four yurts is thematically decorated and ready to take you on a journey far away: to the atmosphere of The Thousand and One Nights, to the gypsy world, to a tropical jungle or to naive art, depending on the accommodation you are assigned.
The yurt is spacious (35 square metres) and equipped with an en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet shower, toilet, washbasin, courtesy kit and hairdryer, as well as heating and air conditioning. Outside, each yurt has a private 20-square metre veranda with rocking chairs and a table for dining under the stars.
In the accommodation you will also find essential equipment for preparing simple meals: a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, moka, juicer, blender and cooking utensils. Sugar, salt, spices and extra virgin olive oil produced by the accommodation are also available for guests.
Breakfast is included and ready in the yurt, to be enjoyed at your own pace: cake of the day, yoghurt, jam, spreads, bread, rusk, cheese, tea and juice.
By agreeing directly with the hotel, you can enrich your stay with some special experiences such as: private , wood-heated jacuzzi , cinema evening in the yurt or outdoors; jacuzzi and cinema under the stars. These services can be requested after booking confirmation at an extra cost and are payable locally.
For those wishing to dine in the yurt, after booking confirmation you can book a dinner directly with the property (payable locally) , which will consist of three courses and a bottle of organic Chianti, with a choice of vegetarian, vegan or omnivorous menu.
Check-out is by 11: 00 the following morning.

The experience is available all year round. Check-in is from 16: 00, check-out by 11: 00.
Please note! On dates with check-in on 3 April, 4 April, 24 April, 1 May, 14 August and 30 October 2026, the minimum stay is 2 nights; on the date of 31 December 2026, the minimum stay is 3 nights.
Some optional services must be booked directly with the hotel and paid for on site: private outdoor wood-heated jacuzzi (€50 per couple) ; private cinema inside the yurt or under the stars (€35 per couple) ; jacuzzi and cinema under the stars (€85 per couple) ; three-course dinner served in the yurt (70€ per couple) , bonfire outside (25€) , romantic welcome with focaccia with local olive oil and herbs, a bottle of prosecco, rose petals on the bed and writing in the mirror (40€) , bouquet of wild flowers (20€) and electric bike rental (50€ per couple) .
If you have any food allergies and/or intolerances, please contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to let them know.
Inside the yurt you are not allowed to smoke or walk around in shoes.
The tourist tax of 2€ per person, payable locally, is not included in the fee.
Dogs are not allowed.
The facility is not easily accessible by public transport; there is free private parking on site for each yurt. The facility is preceded by a dirt road of approximately 1. 3 km.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 31 days from the activity start date. Within 30 and 15 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
