Full description
Enjoy a day on a boat discovering the inlets and caves that characterise the coast of Lampedusa.
The skipper will show you the most beautiful spots, from Cala Pulcino to Cala Creta, from Baia dell'Acqua Dolce to Tabaccara. The latter will amaze you with the crystal-clear colour of the water that creates a very special effect: the boats seem to be suspended above the water as if they were flying.
During the excursion there are 4-5 bathroom stops at points chosen according to the weather and sea conditions. You can take a dip in the most beautiful coves and enjoy a tasty seafood lunch on board.
What we will do
We will meet at 9.15am at the port of Lampedusa, where theboat on which we will sail for the day awaits us. The day will include a wonderful tour to discover the coves and caves of the island.
The detailed itinerary will be decided by the skipper according to weather and sea conditions. We will not fail to stop at the famous cove called Tabaccara, whose name derives from a cave in the cliff where cigars and tobacco were sold in the past. The water in this cove is so clear that the boats seem to hover, as if they were flying above the water.
During the navigation, as well as guiding the boat and taking us to the most beautiful spots, the skipper will also tell us many interesting facts about Lampedusa and its coastline.
We will discover Cala Pulcino, with its white seabed and blue water streaked with green. Then there is Baia dell'Acqua Dolce, Muro Vecchio, Cala Creta and Cala Francese. The tour includes 4-5 bathing stops, lasting about 50 minutes. We will be able to dive from the boat and enjoy the clarity of the water, surrounded by a beautiful panorama.
The day will then be made even more enjoyable by a tasty lunch on board. The menu includes appetisers based on fish and selected local products and a first course, accompanied by drinks, coffee and homemade fennel liqueur.
We will return to the starting point around 16:45, after about 8 hours of sailing.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Children up to the age of 3 participate free of charge: notify the skipper of their presence after booking confirmation.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible.

The excursion takes place from April to October and is confirmed with a minimum number of 8 participants.
The itinerary may vary depending on the weather and sea conditions on the day.
The boat is 12.50 metres long and 4 metres wide, with ample room on the canopy with cushions, a shaded area for lunch, a toilet and a shower.
In the case of participants with food allergies and intolerances (including coeliacs) please contact the organisers at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to allow for variations to the lunch menu.
Small dogs are allowed on board (max. 1 per person).

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
