Ponza or Palmarola? That is the dilemma!
Fortunately, here you don't have to choose, because we take you to visit both in one day. Join an excursion on board the gozzo Caruso from San Felice Circeo and enjoy the most beautiful coves of the Pontine Archipelago.
Plenty of diving, relaxation, and views await you that will make you never want to touch land again!
What we will do
The rendezvous is 15 minutes before 9 a. m. at the meeting point in Terracina (LT) on the border with San Felice Circeo (to be precise, the meeting point is 11 km from the port of Terracina and 7 km from the port of San Felice Circeo) . The captain will welcome us aboard the gozzo Caruso and we will set sail for the Pontine Islands!
First we will head for the island of Palmarola, which is wilder and more unspoilt than Ponza. Our first bathing stop will be at Cala Forcina, where we will be able to dive into turquoise-hued waters. We will then continue our navigation towards Cala Brigantina, which is dominated by the majestic Faraglioni di Mezzogiorno and offers one of the most spectacular views of Palmarola.
Later we will move on to Ponza to explore its most famous coves. We will stop in front of Chiaia di Luna, characterised by its high rocky wall protecting the bay, and continue towards the Faraglioni di Lucia Rosa. The last stop on our adventure will be the Piscine Naturali, a basin of calm, transparent water ideal for a last swim before turning back.
We will return to the meeting point around 18: 00. The activity will last a total of 9 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The excursion is open to everyone, without age limits. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The boat is not wheelchair accessible; you can contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to request support for people with reduced mobility.

Attention! The meeting point is located halfway between Terracina and San Felice Circeo, about 10 to 15 minutes' drive from both destinations.
The experience takes place from June to September on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and is confirmed once the minimum number of 8 participants has been reached.
The itinerary and duration of the experience may vary depending on weather and sea conditions at the skipper's discretion.
The boat is the gozzo Caruso equipped with a canopy. It is necessary to remain barefoot on board.
As there are no stops on land during the excursion, it will be necessary to bring a packed lunch (not included) to be eaten on board the boat.
Dogs are not allowed.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
