Full description
Want to get to know the beauty of the Gulf of Orosei? There is no better way to do so than with a day tour in an inflatable boat.
Set off from La Caletta and visit the most beautiful places on the Sardinian coastline. From Cala Goloritzè to Cala Luna, via the Piscine di Venere and Grotta dei Colombi, enjoy a relaxing experience among the sun, beaches and sea of Sardinia.
You will be able to admire the most picturesque coves of the Gulf of Orosei, dive into crystal-clear waters and snorkel. We are waiting for you!
What we will do
Departure is scheduled from La Caletta (Siniscola) at 8:30 am. Once we have got to know the crew and boarded the dinghy, we can set off on the excursion.
The first stop will be at Cala Goloritzè. Here there will be no bathing stop, but we will visit some of the most beautiful caves and inlets in the area.
The first bathing stop will be at 11 a.m., when we reach Cala Mariolu. We will stay here for about an hour and a half. Around 12.30 pm we will re-board to head for the famous Piscine di Venere (Venus Pools).
If desired, we will enjoy an aperitif with a platter of cold cuts, wine, drinks and coffee (not included). Alternatively, it will be possible to bring your own packed lunch from home.
Before continuing on to the Faraglioni, Cala Biriala and finally the Seagull's Beach, we will stop for our third bathing stop at Cala Luna, where we will disembark and stay for about 2 hours.
We will then re-board in time for 3pm and observe from the dinghy the other coves that grace the coastline. If there is time, we will make a further stop at Grotta dei Colombi, where we will dive into a hot-water spring for a last swim.
The return to La Caletta is scheduled between 16.30 and 17.00, for a total of 8 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The tour is a suitable activity for everyone from 4 years old and up.
The dinghy is not wheelchair accessible.
Other information
The activity is available from June to September, and is confirmed with a minimum of 6 participants.
The itinerary may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
You will be on board an 8.20 m dinghy equipped with a fridge, sink, cooker, toilet, awning in the bow and one in the stern, and a shower. Dogs are only allowed on board if they are small or medium-sized.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
