One-day sailing tour in the Maddalena Archipelago with lunch

Get ready to cast off your moorings and set sail on the most beautiful adventure of your holiday in Sardinia!

Explore theMaddalena Archipelago by sailboat , among hidden coves and waters that are as blue as they come, sailing to the island of Santa Maria, the Piscine Naturali and Spargi.

It will be a wonderful day, punctuated by dives and snorkelling stops, between an aperitif and lunch on board prepared by the captain. Are you with us?

What we will do

The meeting point is 30 minutes before 10 a.m. at the indicated meeting point in Palau (SS).

Here we will meet our skipper and set sail in a north-westerly direction towards theisland of Santa Maria. After about 1 and a quarter hours of sailing, we will arrive in sight of the beautiful bay with its 400 metres of white sandy beach, perfect for a first immersion in the beauty of theMaddalena Archipelago.

At Cala Santa Maria we will have about 1 hour and 15 minutes of rest: we can snorkel alongside the boat or reach the shore by swimming or in a tender, enjoying the island's crystal-clear waters. Back on board, we will relax with a tasty aperitif of bruschetta, local products such as salami and cheese, accompanied by a Spritz or prosecco.

We will then continue our journey to theisland of Budelli, famous for its pink sand and transparent waters. Depending on the direction of the wind, we will drop anchor near the Piscine Naturali di Porto della Madonna or at the Isolotti di Stramanari for another stop of 1 hour and 15 minutes.

During the stop, our skipper as chef will serve us a surprise first course, prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients, accompanied by wine or beer, water and soft drinks.

After lunch we will depart in the direction of the beautiful island of Spargi, where we will make another stop of 1 hour and 15 minutes for swimming and snorkelling. Depending on the wind, we will either stop at Cala Conneri - separated from Cala dell'Amore by a thin strip of land - or Cala Granara, both perfect for the last dives.

Finally we will set sail again for the return route, admiring Nelson Bay before returning to Palau. Arrival in port is expected around 17:00, after about 7 hours of excursion.

Who it is aimed at

The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 4. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult, while those over 15 can participate alone.

The tour is not suitable for pregnant women and persons with reduced mobility.

The boat is not wheelchair accessible.

Other information

The excursion takes place from May to October and is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants.

The itinerary may be modified depending on weather and wind conditions, at the skipper's discretion.

The boat used is an 11-metre sailboat, equipped with a shaded area, toilet, freshwater shower and climbing ladder. You stay barefoot on board.

In the event of food allergies and intolerances, please inform the organisers at least 24 hours in advance at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email.

For those who wish, it is possible to embark at La Maddalena at the same cost, with departure time at 9.30 a.m., or disembark at La Maddalena at the end of the excursion: contact the skipper after the booking confirmation for confirmation of the meeting point.

Dogs are not allowed on this excursion.

The meeting point can be reached by public transport; paid parking spaces are available on site.
