Let’s talk about our stay at the farmhouse in Monterenzio: the package includes accommodation with breakfast and either lunch or dinner featuring a traditional Val Sillaro menu. All set against the stunning natural backdrop of the Tuscan-Romagnolo Apennines!
What we will do
Check-in is from 2. 00 pm to 10. 00 pm at the meeting point in Monterenzio (BO). Your stay will be at a farmhouse with spa facilities and a restaurant, set in the stunning natural surroundings of the Val Sillaro.
At reception, you will be given the keys to your double room: the accommodation comprises a double bed with bed linen, satellite TV, a minibar, a private bathroom with shower, a hairdryer, towels and toiletries. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning.
The package also includes lunch or dinner at the farmhouse restaurant, a short distance from the accommodation building. The set menu features produce from the Val Sillaro (also available in a vegetarian option) :
- Tagliatelle made with thermal spring water served with traditional Bolognese ragù (VG: Sillaro ravioli, confit cherry tomatoes and basil pesto)
- Veal cheek slow-cooked in thermal spring water with a beer reduction (VG: selection of garden vegetables with organic cheeses from the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines)
- Choice of dessert
Check-out is by 10. 00 am the following morning, but not before you have enjoyed your sweet and savoury buffet breakfast featuring homemade produce.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
