Sometimes what’s missing when it comes to trying new things isn’t the desire, but the right inspiration.
So here’s an activity to spark your creativity, combining the pleasure of painting with that of fine wine!
At the splendid Tenute Pacelli in Malvito, you can enjoy a 3-hour experience that includes a tour of the winery, a private wine painting workshop amongst the vineyards and – of course! – a glass of wine.
What we will do
The tour begins at the selected time at Tenute Pacelli in Malvito (CS), in the heart of the Cosenza countryside, where you will be welcomed by your guide.
You will begin with a tour of the winery: you will explore the various stages of the Metodo Classico production process, from the pressing of the grapes to the underground wine cellar, with a fascinating tour of the barrel room and the cask room.
You will then continue with a walk through the vineyards, during which you will discover interesting facts about the grape varieties and the land that hosts them. Right in the middle of the vineyard, you’ll stop to begin the painting workshop, at a vantage point overlooking the countryside and the estate’s characteristic hunting lodge: the ideal backdrop to let the landscape inspire you!
All the necessary materials will be provided (brushes, canvas, paints and an easel) and, of course, there will be time to enjoy a glass of wine from the winery.
The experience will last approximately 3 hours in total .
Who it is aimed at
This experience is recommended for those aged 18 and over, as alcohol is only served to participants of legal drinking age. However, child-sized easels are available.
The experience is not accessible to wheelchair users or people with significant mobility difficulties due to the terrain in the vineyard.

The experience is available all year round, with a break from 22 December to 6 January.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
