Don't miss the opportunity to cycle along the scenic roads of the Amalfi Coast and enjoy a bike tour from Sorrento to Positano, the town of timeless beauty that enchants tourists from all over the world!
Our expert guides will lead you along an evocative itinerary, where the sea, nature, and villages perched on rocks will be the real protagonists.
What we will do
The tour departs from Sorrento (NA). After booking, you will agree with your guide where the shuttle will pick you up and take you to the starting point. Once you arrive, you will be given your bike and helmet, a briefing on the route and safety rules, and then off you go, ready to climb into the saddle!
We will start cycling towards Meta di Sorrento, from where we will proceed 5 km uphill towards the Colli di San Pietro and the coastal state road 163 towards the Amalfi Coast. The first part of the state road is completely downhill, a road full of curves and breathtaking views. It will be difficult not to stop several times to take some souvenir photos!
Before reaching Positano there will be a 1.5-kilometre climb that is quite demanding, but we will not feel the fatigue, caught up in the excitement of reaching the 'pearl of the coast' where we will make a brief stop to refresh ourselves, take a few photos and wander through the alleyways.
Afterwards, we will start to make our way back to Sorrento. On the way back we will head for the highest area of the Sorrento Peninsula, Picco Sant'Angelo, which involves a short but demanding climb. At the top, we will pause for a few minutes to admire the panorama of the Two Gulfs, that of Naples and that of Salerno. From Picco Sant'Angelo we will return to Sorrento along the Nastro Verde scenic route.
In total we will cover about 40 km in about 4 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is of medium level. You must be able to ride a bicycle and be in good health. The minimum age for the activity is 16.

This activity can be done all year round, weather permitting.
After booking, you can tell the guide the address of your residence for the pick-up or arrange a meeting point. The following are the places where the pick-up service is available: Massa Lubrense, Sorrento, Sant'Agnello, Piano di Sorrento, Meta, Vico Equense and Castellammare di Stabia.
In agreement with the guide, it is possible to establish a different departure time from the one indicated.
The excursion can be made by carbon road bike or by e-bike with pedal assistance. Express your preference after booking.
