You know the bateau mouche gliding down the Seine? Here, imagine the same atmosphere, but with the colours of Gallura!
Join this 2-hour boat trip in the Gulf of Olbia and discover the city from an unusual point of view: no longer as a port of passage, but as a crossroads of stories!
Together with a guide, you will sail past mussel farms, lonely lighthouses and authentic views, complete with a toast in the middle of the sea!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Olbia (SS) . Awaiting us will be the guide who will accompany us on our boat excursion!
Once we have taken our seats on the boat, we will leave the city's waterfront behind us and head into the heart of the Gulf of Olbia.
We will pass by the majestic ships of the commercial port, which look like steel giants from the water, and then glide towards the historic mussel and oyster farms. If we are lucky, we will watch the mussel farmers at work and discover why this product is Olbia's black gold.
We will then proceed to the mouth of the Padrongianus river and walk up it for a stretch, while all around us we will see darting fish and water birds on the banks.
We will then reach Bocca Island, which guards the entrance to the gulf. We will have the opportunity to disembark for a short walk just below the lighthouse, to admire the structure up close and enjoy the peace of this marine outpost. It will be here that we will celebrate the experience with a glass of Vermentino, toasting in company before heading back home.
Throughout the navigation, our guide will reveal interesting facts about Olbia's history and the maritime traditions that make this area of Sardinia unique.

Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone without age limits; children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Children from 0 to 2 years old do not pay: please inform us of their presence after confirmation of the booking.
Persons with reduced mobility may participate in the presence of accompanying persons to assist them with embarking and disembarking; folding wheelchairs may be stowed on board.
The experience is not recommended for pregnant women.

The activity takes place from May to October and is confirmed with a minimum number of 2 participants.
The itinerary and stops may vary according to weather and sea conditions at the skipper's discretion.
The boat used is an Aquabus, a comfortable and spacious vessel equipped with seats and a canopy to ensure maximum comfort while sailing.
Dogs are welcome on board, but their presence must be reported in advance after the booking confirmation and the approval of the other participants is required.
Free parking spaces are available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
