Panoramic tandem paragliding flight in Norma with video selfie

Maybe you have always dreamt of flying in a paraglider. Or not, but after this you will want to do it again.

This experience takes you into the air for a tandem flight of about 15-20 minutes over Norma, accompanied by a professional pilot. Below you, a constantly changing panorama: the Pontine plain, the Lepini Mountains and, on clear days, the Circeo sea on the horizon.

And the landing? So gentle that it almost feels like you are touching down on tiptoe.

What we will do

We will meet at the selected time at the meeting point in Norma (LT), where your pilot will welcome you. We will reach the take-off point in about 10 minutes on foot, passing through the scenic Archaeological Park of the Ancient City of Norba.

Once in the flight area, we will begin with a short briefing: we will explain how the equipment works and what to do during take-off, flight and landing, with a small simulation to make you feel comfortable right away.

Then it's off you go: all you need to take off is a short run, a few steps and. .. you're flying!

During the flight, which lasts about 15-20 minutes, you will fly over the archaeological area of Norba and the Oasis of Ninfa, with a view of mountains, plains and the sea. If conditions permit and you feel like adding a pinch of adrenaline, you can also try an acrobatic manoeuvre called "the screw".

The landing will take place back at the starting point, in a gradual and controlled manner. The overall experience will last about 45 minutes.

Who it is aimed at

The experience is suitable for ages 14 and up; children under the age of 18 must have written consent signed by both parents or guardians and a copy of their ID.

To participate in this activity, a height between 1. 50 and 2 m and a weight between 55 and 105 kg are required.

This experience is of an easy level, suitable for a first paragliding flight.

Please arrive 30 minutes before the time selected during the booking process.

Important: paragliding is an activity that is strictly dependent on weather conditions. The pilot will contact you the day before the experience to let you know the exact meeting time, after checking the weather report.

The experience is available from January to December.

Parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport; these do not operate on Sundays, on which day the organiser will provide a possible shuttle service for a fee.

The organiser does not offer simultaneous flights. In the case of group bookings (2 or more persons) , passengers will fly individually one after the other.

Passengers may carry their personal belongings on the flight as the harness is equipped with a back pocket for storing them. Please note that the temperature is expected to be 4-6 degrees lower than on the ground.

The video-selfie ( included in the fee) made with an action cam included in the package will be shared with you by the organiser the same evening or the day after the experience via WeTransfer or Telegram.

The 360° video ( not included and optional) made with an action cam not included in the package can be purchased on site at a cost of €30. 00 per person; the high-quality video edited with music will be shared with you by the organiser 1 or 2 days after the date of the experience via WeTransfer or Telegram. Important: if you prefer the 360° video, it will not be possible to receive the video-selfie, as only one camera can be mounted at a time.
