Panoramic ultralight flight over the hills and castles of Monferrato

With its rolling hills dotted with castles, the Monferrato region offers magnificent landscapes to admire from above. Experience this emotion on board an ultralight or general aviation aircraft and enjoy a 30-minute panoramic flight with an expert pilot.

You will fly over abbeys and medieval villages, the famous Sanctuary of Crea, the river Po and the city of Casale Monferrato, which will give you unprecedented views to immortalise in many souvenir photos.

In addition to taking part in the flight, you will have the opportunity to visit an aviation school and get closer to this truly fascinating world.

What we will do

The appointment is at theCasale Monferrato airport at the time chosen during the booking process. We will be waiting for you with a coffee to tell you something about our flight school and take you on a tour of the premises and hangar. We will admire the aircraft in our fleet and greet the pilots and staff at work.

Prior to our departure, we will go to the school's Student Lounge to fill out our aggregation forms and give a detailed briefing on the activity, including an explanation of safety procedures and flying behaviour.

Then we will be ready to board our aircraft -Coavio DF 2000 ultralight or Savannah VG for single-participant flights orMaule MXT-7 tourist aircraft for flights of 2 to 3 participants - and receive the final instructions on boarding and safety measures from the pilot.

We will experience the thrill of taking off from the runway and beginning our overflight of the Monferrato hills, among green hills, medieval villages, castles and ancient abbeys, such as the Sanctuary of Crea. The duration of the flight will be about 30 minutes, during which we will be free to take photographs and videos to document our experience.

We will return to the airport flying over the river Po and the city of Casale Monferrato. Once landed, each participant will receive a flight certificate as a memento of the day.

The total duration of the activity is 2 hours, including a 30-minute flight.

Who it is aimed at

The experience is open to all, with no age limit. Minors must be accompanied by an adult who must present themselves at the venue with proof of identity and sign a release form.

Anyone who is in good health, less than 1.95 m tall and weighs less than 110 kg may fly.

Other information

The experience is available daily from sunrise to sunset.

The vehicle that will accompany you on the experience is a Coavio DF 2000 or Savannah VG ultralight aircraft for single-participant flights or a Maule MXT-7 tourist aircraft for flights with 2 to 3 participants, plus the pilot.

Both on the ground and in the air, it is possible to take photos and video footage without limitations. If you prefer a video of the experience with internal and external multi-camera, on the ground and in the air, with final editing, you can choose to purchase the'flight + video' option when booking. The video will be sent to you via WeTransfer within 5/7 working days.

At the facility there is a relaxation area, an internal shop for purchasing aviation-themed gadgets, toilets, and a visitors' area where any accompanying persons will be entertained by the staff. The ground-floor facility is accessible to persons with mobility disabilities.

Dogs are allowed if kept on a leash in the designated areas.
