Full description
It's time to lift yourself off the ground and discover a world of emotions!
If you are already a 'veteran' of the skies, don't miss this 30-minute ultralight flight and admire the magnificent views of the Serra Morenica and the lakes of Ivrea, in the province of Turin.
Adding a touch of adrenaline to the whole thing will be the chance to try out the dual controls, alongside your pilot.
What we will do
We will meet at the avioclub in Montalto Dora (TO), 10 minutes before the start time of the activity. On your arrival you will meet one of the pilots from our team who will accompany you on this walk in the skies.
We will begin with a short briefing in which we will explain all the details of ultralight flying and answer any questions you may have. Once ready, we will board the two-seater aircraft, fasten our seatbelts, and perform safety procedures before take-off.
As the aircraft pulls away from the runway, your heart will start beating fast in your chest; before you know it, we will be in the air and will start flying over the Ivrea Moraine, with its beautiful natural scenery, and the surrounding lakes , for about 30 minutes.
If you wish, you can also take the controls of the ultralight with the pilot at your side thanks to the dual controls. It will be a unique opportunity to feel like a real pilot and learn the secrets of flying!
After half an hour of pure excitement, we will begin our descent to land on the runway. We will conclude the activity with a debrief to exchange our impressions of the flight.
The total duration of the experience will be 45 minutes.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone from the age of 12. For minors , the presence of an accompanying adult is required.
The requirements for participation are a state of good health, a maximum height of 1.90 m and a maximum weight of 100 kg.
Other information
The experience takes place all year round (with a winter break between December and January), weather permitting.
Please note. Flights only take place in favourable weather conditions. In the event of bad weather and/or adverse conditions of any kind, the experience may be postponed or modified at the pilot's sole discretion.
You will be on board a two-seater ultralight aircraft with dual controls, model Groppo Trail, Kitfox, Savannah or Albatros (depending on availability).
In the case of several participants, the briefing will be held jointly, while the flight will be conducted individually. Subject to availability of pilots and equipment, it is possible to request a simultaneous flight with several ultralights taking off together, while participants can keep in touch via radio.
During the experience, it is possible to take videos and photos with your smartphone.
