Enjoy an exciting tandem paragliding flight in Pizzo Calabro, on the Costa degli Dei.
Take off in tandem with a professional pilot and admire the beautiful landscapes of the Calabrian coastline from above, against the evocative backdrop of sunset. You will see unique scenery, from the picturesque old town to the turquoise sea, before landing gently on the beach.
Share the experience with someone special, thanks to the simultaneous couple flight.
What we will do
The meeting is shortly before sunset in Pizzo Calabro, in the province of Vibo Valentia. Here we will meet the professional pilot and together with him we will reach the take-off point.
There will be a pre-flight briefing in which we will be explained the behaviour and safety rules to be adopted, after which we will put on the necessaryequipment (helmet and harness) and be ready to take off. All it will take is a few steps of running and, before long, we will be flying through the clouds.
We will be free to admire the beautiful landscape below us, leaving the pilot to take care of all the other phases of the flight. We will be carried away by the ascending currents and enjoy the view of the historic centre of Pizzo Calabro perched on the promontory and the turquoise sea of Calabria. And all this we will be able to see in the magnificent setting of the sunset.
The flight will last about 20-30 minutes, depending on the winds and weather conditions of the day. It will be anexciting experience, which we will share with our sweetheart or a special person.
The flight will then end with a gentle landing and return to the departure base. The total duration of the activity is approximately 1 hour and includes the pre-flight briefing and various transfers.
Who it is aimed at
This is an affordable activity for everyone over the age of 8. You only need to be in good health, able to do a short run and weigh between 30 and 130 kg.
Other information
This activity can be carried out all year round at weekends, and in August it is possible to fly every day.
Important: paragliding is an activity closely linked to weather conditions. Contact the pilot 2 days before the planned date of the activity at the contact details given in the booking confirmation to confirm the time and feasibility of the flight.
The participation fee includes the video of the experience (delivered on Micro SD).

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
