Discover the incredible sensation of flying 800 metres in front of the Aeolian Islands with a tandem paraglider flight.
Flying for 20 minutes in tandem with a professional pilot, you will enjoy the incredible view of the sea north of Sicily and the islands of Vulcano, Lipari and Stromboli. What we will do
The rendezvous is at Marina di Patti, in the province of Messina. Upon arrival, we will be met by the pilot and, with the shuttle provided by the organisation (included), we will head to the take-off point on the northern Sicilian coast between Capo Calavà and Milazzo.
Once on take-off, we will have a quick briefing and will be provided with a harness and helmet. Now everything is ready, let's fly! We take off from a gentle descent into a hilly stretch. No free fall, just a few running-up steps together with the pilot and, before we know it, we will be suspended in the air.
During the flight, lasting about 20 minutes, we will fly over the northern coast of Sicily. We will take advantage of the thermal currents to climb up to 800 metres and enjoy the spectacular panorama beneath our feet. We will also be able to admire the Aeolian Islands in the distance, enclosed in the wonderful blue frame of the sky and the Tyrrhenian Sea.
The more courageous will also be able to ask the pilot to try a few aerobatics to complete the experience with the right adrenalin rush! The experience lasts about 1.5 hours and ends with a gentle landing, just a few steps away from the meeting point.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is open to everyone. The only requirements are age, as presence or parental permission is necessary for those under 18, and the weight of the participants, which must be between 25 kg and 100 kg.
No specific knowledge or special skills are needed, just a few steps and before you know it you'll be flying!

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the activity.
Important: Paragliding is an activity closely linked to weather and wind conditions. The day before the planned date, after carefully evaluating the forecasts, the pilot will send you a confirmation on the feasibility of the flight, the time and the point of performance (which may be near Marina di Patti, Capo Calavà or Milazzo, depending on the currents of the day).
Minors must present a written consent signed by their parents in order to proceed with the activity. If consent is not provided, the guide will not allow participants to carry out the activity and the activity will not be reimbursed.
Up to 4 people can fly at the same time.
At the end of the experience, you can ask the pilot for free videos or souvenir photos of the experience (via SD card that will be provided to you on site).

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
