Paragliding flight in the Bergamo area with views of Lake Como

Try a tandem paragliding flight – a unique and unforgettable experience accompanied by an expert pilot who will take you soaring over enchanting landscapes in total relaxation, giving you a sense of absolute freedom.

Have you already experienced the thrill of paragliding and are you looking for something more? No problem – we can tackle some adrenaline-fuelled manoeuvres and you’ll even get to try piloting the paraglider yourself!

We’ll be flying from Valcava, a mountain village in the municipality of Torre de’ Busi, situated at an altitude of 1, 200 metres on the ridge between Monte Linzone and Monte Tesoro, an exceptional vantage point over the Po Valley offering views all the way to the Lecco shore of Lake Como.

What we will do

Please arrive 15 minutes before your selected time at the meeting point in Caprino Bergamasco (BG). Here you will meet the pilots, who will accompany you to the take-off point. Once the flight equipment has been prepared, we’ll hold a briefing on safe take-off and landing techniques.

The flight lasts an average of 10–15 minutes. It is generally divided into three phases: in the first phase, the passenger simply gets used to this new experience; in the second, they can try their hand at piloting (wind conditions permitting) ; and in the third, if they wish, they can try something more dynamic, such as adrenaline-fuelled manoeuvres and aerobatics.

Once in the air, a unique spectacle will unfold before you: you’ll fly over the Lecco side of Lake Como with its glimpses of water nestled amongst the mountains, gazing out over the vast expanse of the Po Valley until, on the clearest days, you can even make out the outline of the Apennines.

During the flight, a photo and video service is available for those who wish to purchase it at a cost of €20 (payable on the spot) . The service includes at least 20 photographs and 3 videos filmed with a GoPro-style camera at various stages of the flight, before take-off and after landing.

Who it is aimed at

The tandem paragliding flight is suitable for everyone aged 6 and over. In the case of children under 18, one of the parents must be present and sign the consent form.

Flying in a tandem paraglider is an activity that requires no previous experience. The only restriction is on weight: you must not normally weigh more than 100 kg and be able to run at least 10 metres. If you weigh more than 90 kg, you must notify us after booking.

Other information

Important! In order to take advantage of the experience, it is necessary to contact the pilot one week before the event at the contact details indicated in the booking confirmation e-mail. The feasibility of the activity will be reconfirmed the day before the date of the event depending on weather conditions at the pilot's discretion.

To reach the take-off point (approx. 30 minutes on mountain roads from the meeting point) you can use your own car provided that there is room for the pilot, equipment and that an escort comes with you to take the car back to the landing point. Alternatively, you can take a shuttle at a cost of €30 to be shared if there are more than one participants.

Want to share the flight with a special person? A simultaneous flight option is available for a maximum of 2 people; once you have made your booking, contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to inform them of your wish to take part in a simultaneous flight. In this case, the date of the experience will depend on the availability of 2 pilots.
