Full description
Admire Lazio's natural wonders from above by flying in a motorised paraglider in Fiano Romano, a few kilometres from the capital.
This is a motorised aircraft composed of a paraglider and a propeller engine that allows you to take off without the need for a ramp or high altitudes. Try it on a 20-25 minute tandem flight with an experienced pilot while enjoying the beautiful view of the Tiber, the surrounding lakes and Monte Soratte!
What we will do
The appointment is in Fiano Romano (RM ) at the time selected during the booking process. You will be welcomed at the take-off point by the pilot, who will explain to you in an exhaustive briefing all the useful information on the functioning of the powered paraglider and safety regulations.
After putting on your harness and Bluetooth helmet to communicate with the pilot, it's time for take-off! Unlike a paraglider, the paramotor starts out flat: the moment you take your feet off the ground will be an intense thrill and, as you gain altitude, theadrenaline will soar!
During the approximately 20-25 minute flight you will have a panoramic view of the Tiber River, the nearby lakes and the majestic Monte Soratte. You will also be able to admire the Marcigliana Nature Reserve and, in the distance, the city of Rome.
At the end of the flight, you will return to your starting point. After landing, the pilot will share a video of the experience with you (included). The activity will last approximately 1 hour in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for persons aged 16 years and over and weighing less than 100 kg. Children under the age of 18 require a signed authorisation from both parents.
Other information
The experience is available all year round.
Simultaneous flying is possible for up to 4 participants, each with their own pilot. To request this, please contact the organiser at the contact details that will be sent to you by e-mail with your booking confirmation.
Any accompanying persons who will not be participating in the experience are welcome to stay at the take-off area.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.
The package includes the recording of an HD video of the experience, which will be shared with you by the pilot afterwards.
