Is a slice of cake or an alpaca sweeter?
You'll be the one to tell by taking part in our picnic with alpacas in the province of Florence: together with our guide, you will get to know and interact with these amazing animals. You will be able to pet them, take cute souvenir photos and. .. eat in their company!
A 3-hour experience, in the name of a lot of sweetness!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Borgo San Lorenzo (FI) . On site, we will meet the guide who will accompany us on this soft adventure!
Having gathered all the participants, we will get to know the real stars of the experience: Zorro, Zigulì, Umpa Lumpa and the other alpacas ! We will enter their enclosure, deepen our knowledge of this animal and interact with the alpacas in an environment that respects their well-being. We'll pet them, feed them and take fun souvenir photos! This part lasts about 1 hour.
The experience continues with a picnic in the company of the alpacas: we will receive a basket of local products according to the option selected when booking, which we will enjoy surrounded by our new four-legged friends.
- Classic basket adults: 1 schiacciata and 1 sandwich or 2 sandwiches with local cold cuts; bis of local cheeses; homemade dessert; water; wine; coffee.
- Children's classic basket: 1 sandwich and 1 schiacciata or 2 sandwiches with ham and mortadella; two cheeses; homemade dessert; water.
- Adult vegetarian basket: 1 schiacciata or 1 sandwich with mozzarella, tomato and oregano; 1 sandwich with pesto, goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes; bis of local cheeses; homemade dessert; water; wine; coffee.
On site, it is also possible to buy handicrafts made from the soft (and warm) alpaca wool.
The experience lasts a total of approx. 3 hours.

The experience is suitable for everyone without age limits. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult participant. Children aged 0 to 3 participate free of charge without a picnic: contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to indicate their presence.
The experience is suitable for people with motor and cognitive disabilities: contact the guide at the contact details given in the booking confirmation email to indicate their presence. The property is accessible by wheelchair and pushchair.

The experience takes place from May to September on Saturdays and Sundays and is confirmed when the minimum number of 2 participants is reached.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
