Forget the usual outdoor lunch: in Quaranti, nestled in the hills of the Monferrato Astigiano, a picnic is transformed into a gourmet experience featuring wine and local flavours.
At the Monteruello winery, you’ll have an exclusive spot set up amongst the vineyards, where you can relax surrounded by nature and let yourself be guided through a tasting journey designed to enhance every course.
To accompany you, there will be three glasses of wine paired with cheeses, Piedmontese specialities and – last but not least – the iconic amaretti biscuits from Mombaruzzo!
What we will do
The event will take place at the selected time at the Monteruello winery in Quaranti, in the province of Asti, amongst the hills of the Monferrato Astigiano. We will be greeted by the estate owners, who will welcome us with a glass of sparkling wine whilst we listen to a brief presentation of the winery and the wines produced.
Afterwards, we will be escorted to our reserved spot set up amongst the vineyards, complete with a tent, blanket and everything needed to enjoy the experience in total peace and comfort.
We will be served a glass of white wine paired with a selection of cheeses, followed by a box featuring traditional Piedmontese dishes, which may include specialities such as vitello tonnato, Roccaverano cream puffs, torta verde and giardiniera, served with a glass of red wine.
We will round off the experience with a dessert featuring Mombaruzzo amaretti. The picnic will last approximately 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone, with no age restrictions. Alcohol will only be served to participants over the age of 18.
The venue is not accessible to wheelchair users or pushchairs.

The experience is available from around April to October, with a minimum of two participants.
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available on request. We recommend that you inform us of any dietary requirements after booking.
Wines produced by the winery can be purchased directly on site.
Dogs are permitted upon request.
The meeting point is not accessible by public transport. Free parking is available on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
