Now it's your turn to rewrite history: at Tenuta Corte Pavone in Montalcino, among the Brunello Cru vineyards, a DOC Tuscan experience awaits you. A picnic with wine and home-made specialities, which you can enrich with a guided tour of the winery.
Either way, it will be a fabulous experience!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at Tenuta Corte Pavone in Montalcino (SI), in the heart of the Val d'Orcia.
If you choose the option with a winery tour, you will begin your experience with a walk through the vineyards together with your guide. You will discover the different terroirs of Brunello Cru, the working methods and the care that goes into each bottle.
The tour will continue in the evocative vaulted cellar, where the wines rest for years. Alternatively, you can opt for the version without the tour: on arrival, you will immediately receive your picnic basket and be able to walk to your reserved spot between the rows of vines, where a quiet corner just for you awaits.
In the basket you will find home-made Tuscan specialities such as fresh bread, pecorino cheese, capocollo, pappa al pomodoro, cold pasta or vegetable cream, and a bottle of wine of your choice (white, rosé or red) . All products vary according to the season and are also available in vegetarian or vegan versions.
The experience will last a total of about 1½ hours (without tour) or 2½ hours (with tour) , but you can enjoy the picnic without time constraints.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Minors may participate at a cost of €25. 00, but only if accompanied by at least one adult.
The facility is not accessible to people with mobility problems, as part of the activity takes place among the vineyards.

The experience takes place from March to October and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 adult participants.
Options are available for people with food allergies or intolerances: please contact the winery at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to indicate any requirements.
Dogs are allowed during the picnic but are not allowed during the winery visit.
There is free parking on site, but the meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.
